Lauren Haegele starts her second season with the Lady Jackets this fall....competed with the CU junior varsity team in 2005.....appeared in six varsity matches last year.....tallied an assist in a 7-0 win over AMC South foe Rio Grande.....part of defense that posted four shutouts in 2006.

High School - Earned four letters in soccer at Wake Christian Academy.....helped lead team to three consecutive North Carolina Christian School Athletic Association state titles.....three-time member of the NCCSAA All-State First Team.....led squad in scoring during the 2004-05 campaign.....tallied 53 goals along with 38 assists during a high school career that began in the eighth grade.....Shamrocks Soccer Club team won the 2004 North Carolina State Challenge Cup championship.....member of student council.....senior class treasurer.

Personal - Carries an exercise science major at Cedarville University.....born 11/21/86 in Poughkeepsie, NY.....daughter of Jerry and Barbara Haegele.....older sister, Bethany, played soccer at Asbury College.....has one younger sister.
