Keri Hilty begins her final season with the Lady Jacket track & field program.....will only participate in the indoor schedule.....regarded as one of the best middle distance runners in CU history.....earned NAIA Indoor All-America honors last season for her sixth-place effort in the 600 meters.....was the NAIA Outdoor 800 meter runner-up with a career-best time of 2:10.96 to garner NAIA All-America status.....member of the 4 x 400 meter relay squad that placed fifth in the NAIA finals with a 3:49.52 performance to earn All-America recognition.....that same relay team set a new school record during the semifinals with a time of 3:49.14.....named to the NCCAA Indoor & Outdoor All-America squad.... earned first-place honors in the 800 meters at the AMC Championship with a 2:18.33 effort.....member of the 4 x 400 meter (3:56.44) and 4 x 800 meter (9:15.77) relay quartets that finished first at the AMC Championship to earn All-AMC First Team honors.....placed seventh in the high jump at the AMC meet with a 5-1.75 effort.....participated in just one cross country meet during the 2006 season......finished 71st of 112 runners at the season-opening Tiffin Invitational with a 22:25 effort.
2005-06 - Posted 68 individual outdoor points and 58.5 indoor points.....set five indoor school records and one outdoor record.....claimed indoor marks in the 500 meters (1:17.64), 600 meters (1:34.51), 800 meters (2:17.12) and 1,000 meters (3:03.27) as well as member of the 4 x 400 meter relay quartet (3:59.14).....placed fourth in the 600 meters at the NAIA Indoor Championship with a 1:35.94 performance to earn NAIA All-America accolades.....finished second in the 800 meters and 4 x 400 meter relay while placing third in the high jump at the NCCAA Indoor Championships for All-America honors.....won the 800 meters at the NCCAA Outdoor Championships to earn All-America honors.....also earned NCCAA All-America recognition in the high jump and the 4 x 400 meter relay.....member of record-setting 4 x 400 meter relay quartet that posted a 3:55.53 second-place performance at the NCCAA Nationals.....member of the All-AMC Second Team in the high jump with a 5-2 effort.....appeared in four varsity cross country meets as a junior.....ran a career-low time of 21:00 in the Friendship Invitational.....helped squad capture the American Mideast Conference and NAIA Region IX championships with a 21:10 effort to place 49th of 155 runners.
2004-05 - Totalled 49 individual points.....captured the high jump title at the Yellow Jacket Open with a season-best 5-0 effort.....member of record setting 4 x 800 meter relay quartet along with Samantha Maat, Audree Goodew and Christina Reyes.....foursome took more than 20 seconds off of the American Mideast Conference and school records at the league meet with a winning time of 9:13.99 and qualified for the NAIA Nationals.....NCCAA All-American as a member of the outdoor 4 x 400 meter relay team that placed 2nd.
2003-04 - Made significant contributions in track & field in several events as a freshman....finished ninth in the 800 meters at the NAIA Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:20.73 and placed 24th In the high jump with a 5-1 effort.....member of the 4 x 200 meter relay squad that captured the NCCAA Indoor Championship....set three school records during the indoor season in the 500 meters (1:19.73), 600 meters (1:38.16) and 800 meters (2:19.90)....also part of record-setting 4 x 200 meter relay quartet (1:48.79).....posted an American Mideast Conference record 2:16.46 effort in the 800 meters to win the AMC Championship....named NCCAA Indoor All American (4 x 200 relay).....member of the AMC Team in the 800 meters....posted a season-best effort of 16-2.5 in the long jump to place second at the Muskingum College Invitational.....won the high jump title (5-4) and the 800 meters (2:16.82) at the Yellow Jacket Open.
High School - Three-year letter winner in track at Bluffton High School....member of the 2003 OHSAA Division III regional champion track & field team....named All-Ohio in 4x400 (7th) and 4x800 (4th) meter relay squads, 800 meter run (2nd) and high jump (5th)....2003 regional champion in the 800 meter run (2:18.24) and the high jump (5-3)....holds four school records....participated In the 2003 Midwest Meet of Champions and ran on the 4x400 and 4x800 winning relay squads.....also named All-Ohio in 2001 and 2002 in the 4x800 meter relays and in 2000 as a member of the 4th place 4x400 meter relay squad....also a three-year letter winner in cross country.....three-time Northwest Conference Scholar-Athlete.
Personal - Exercise and sport studies major at Cedarville University.....born 11/2/84 in Bluffton, OH.....daughter of Bob Hilty and Jan Hilty.....has two older brothers, Brian and Jeremy, who ran track and cross country for Cedarville University, and two older sisters.
