Courtney Reid returns as one of the premier hurdlers in CU women's track history.....posted 157 individual points during last season.....tied the school record in the 400 meter hurdles placing third in 61.83 at the NAIA Outdoor Championships to earn All-America accolades.....finished sixth in the 60 meter hurdles at the NAIA Indoor Championships (9:06)......NAIA All-American both indoors and outdoors.....earned NCCAA Indoor All-America honors by capturing the 55 meter hurdles (8.49) and the 200 meters (25.97) titles - both new school records.....also an NCCAA Outdoor All-American in the 100 meter hurdles and 400 meter hurdles.....set a new school record in the 100 meter hurdles of 14.61 to win the Cedarville Outdoor Open title.....member of school record-setting outdoor 4 x 100 relay (48.53) and 4 x 400 relay (3:49.14) squads..... also part of new school record in the indoor distance medley relay quartet (12:22.84).
2006 - Had a successful 2006 indoor/outdoor campaign setting five school records.....garnered the NCCAA Indoor 55 meter hurdles title with an 8.53 effort.....set indoor school records in the 200 meters (26.40), 300 meters (43.09) and as member of the 4 x 400 meter relay squad (3:59.14)..... scored 98 points for the women's outdoor season.....NCCAA Outdoor 100 meter hurdles champion with a 15.21 effort.....school record 14.79 in the same event at the NAIA Outdoor Championship produced a fifth-place finish in the prelims.....joined Keri Hilty, Marla Rice and Elise O'Neal to place second in the 4 x 400 meter relay in a school-record 3:55.53 at the NCCAA Outdoor Championship.....named NCCAA Indoor All-American (55 meter hurdles, 4 x 200 meter relay, 4 x 400 meter relay), NCCAA Outdoor All-American (100 meter hurdles, 200 meters, 4 x 400 meter relay), and All-AMC Second Team (100 meter hurdles, 400 meter hurdles).
2005 - Tallied 73 individual points during the spring season.....posted a season-best time of 25.77 in the 200 meters for a third-place finish at the NCCAA Outdoor Championship.....recorded a season-best 15.29 mark in the 100 meter hurdles for a third-place spot at the same meet.....season-best time of 1:08.96 in the 400 meter hurdles produced a fourth-place finish at the Emory Classic.....member of the 4 x 400 meter relay team that placed second (3:59.45) at the NCCAA Outdoor Championship.....her 4 x 100 meter quartet was third at the meet with a 50.11 performance.....named an NCCAA Outdoor All-American in the 200 meters, 100 meter hurdles, 4 x 100 meter relay and 4 x 400 relay.
High School - Produced a successful two-sport career at Dayton Christian High School.....four-year participant in track & field.....member of the 4 x 200 relay squad that finished second at the OHSAA Division II State Track Meet and placed eighth in the 300 meter hurdles.....also ran cross country for two years.....National Honor Society student.....served four years on student senate.
Personal - Carries a psychology major at Cedarville University.....born 2/2/86 in Dayton, OH.....daughter of Larry and Diane Reid.....older brother, Robert, is a 2005 CU graduate.
