Nov. 20, at NAIA Nationals
Justin Gerber represented the Yellow Jacket men at the NAIA Nationals. He finished 73rd out of 236 runners in 26:11 for the 8,000 meters.

Nov. 13, NCCAA NATIONALS
Malone, ranked No. 2 in the NAIA, had 31 points to win the NCCAA Nationals at John Bryan State Park and was followed by No. 5 Taylor with 95 points, No. 17 MidAmerica Nazarene with 98, and Cedarville with 105. The Yellow Jackets' Jody Fox was 11th in 25:49 for the 8,000 meters while teammate Justin Gerber was 14th in 25:58 as both garnered NCCAA All-America status. Others for Cedarville were Steve Wakefield (21st; 26:16), Eddie Nehus (27th; 26:38), and Ken Loescher (37th; 27:05). [NCCAA MEN'S RESULTS]

Nov. 6, AMERICAN MIDEAST CONFERENCE
Cedarville finished second to Malone, who is ranked No. 2 in the NAIA, in the American Mideast Conference Championships. Justin Gerber placed 5th to gain All-AMC honors and he covered the 8,000 meters in 25:58. Others scoring for the Yellow Jackets were Jody Fox (9th; 26:18), Ken Loescher (12th; 26:36), Steven Wakefield (17th; 26:54), and Adam Hall (20th; 27:10). [AMC MEN'S RESULTS]

Oct. 23, at Gettysburg Invitational
Cedarville placed third out of 33 schools at the Gettysburg Invitational. Justin Gerber paced the Yellow Jackets by finishing 17th of 227 runners in 26:38 for the 8K. Jody Fox was 20th (26:39), Ken Loescher 31st (27:05), Steve Wakefield 35th (27:13), and Dan Plaatje 58th (27:34). Haverford won the team title with 55 points and was followed by Lock Haven with 98 and Cedarville at 156.

Oct. 15, at Wilmington Invitational
The Yellow Jackets won the Wilmington Invitational behind individual champ Jody Fox who covered the 8,000 meter course in a career-best 25:58 for his first collegiate win. Eddie Nehus in 4th place and Steve Wakefield in 5th had the matching times of 26:27. Dan Plaatje was 11th in 26:43 and Justin Gerber was 12th in 26:45. The Jackets had 33 points and host Wilmington finished with 71 as the runner-up in the 15-team field.

Oct. 8, at All-Ohio Championship
Cedarville finished 11th out of 38 teams at the All-Ohio Championship. Jody Fox placed 53rd out of 256 runners by covering the 8,000 meters in 27:11. Others scoring for the Jackets were Steve Wakefield (54th; 27:13), Eddie Nehus (62nd; 27:18), Ken Loescher (72nd; 27:22), and Justin Gerber (80th; 27:29). Sept. 25, FRIENDSHIP INVITATIONAL
Taylor, ranked No. 3 in the NAIA, was a winner with 25 points in the Ninth Annual Friendship Invitational at John Bryan State Park. The Trojans were followed by Heidelberg, 54; Wright State, 76; and Cedarville, who is ranked No. 16, had 119 points to finish fourth in the 14-team field. Steven Wakefield placed 13th for the Yellow Jackets in 26:17 for the 8K course. Others to figure in to the scoring were Jody Fox (18th, 26:35), Adam Hall (20th, 26:39), Josh Mark (34th, 27:24), and Eddie Nehus (36th, 27:25). [SEE COMPLETE MEN'S RESULTS]

Sept. 18, at Midwest Collegiate Championship
Cedarville tied for 6th place out of 26 teams at the Midwest Collegiate Championship in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The Jackets totalled 234 points to tie host Wisconsin-Parkside. McKendree IL won the meet with 48 points. Steve Wakefield finished 37th out of 320 runners in 26:44. Others scoring for Cedarville were Matt Hadler (43rd; 26:50), Ken Loescher (75th; 27:30), Eddie Nehus (77th; 27:35), and Jody Fox (78th; 27:35).

Sept. 4, at Rio Grande Invitational
The Yellow Jackets had seven of the first eight finishers and totalled 19 points to outrun host Rio Grande (44) and Shawnee State (84). Steve Wakefield won the meet in 27:24 for the 8,000 meters. Scoring in places 3 through 6 were Eddie Nehus (27:58), Adam Hall (28:01), Matt Hadler (28:25), and Justin Gerber (28:33).
