Cedarville, Malone win NCCAA banners
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville University repeated as women's champion and Malone College won the men's title at the NCCAA cross country championships.

It was the second straight banner for the Cedarville women and their fifth overall. The Yellow Jackets took the top three spots led by national champion Jennifer Tetrick, who covered the 5,000 meters in 18:48.

Malone won the men's championship for the 14th time including four of the last five years. Cedarville's Sergio Reyes won the individual title with a time of 24:55 for the 8,000 meters.

In the women's Division II competition, Maranatha Baptist Bible won the team trophy and Stephanie Scally of North Central was the individual winner in 20:35. Northland Baptist Bible was the Division II men's champion with individual honors going to Blake Johnson of North Central with a time of 26:33.
