Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The final Cedarville Male Athlete of the Week for the 2021-22 athletic season is men's basketball player Branden Maughmer. The senior guard from Chillicothe, Ohio was named the 2021-22 Yellow Jacket Club Male Athlete of the Year after leading Led the Yellow Jackets to their first-ever appearance in the NCAA Division II Championship. Maughmer topped the team scoring (16.6), rebounding (6.0), FT% (.831), assists (102), and steals (66). The three-time NCCAA All-American and three-time All-G-MAC First Team honoree is a sport business management major.
