The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Male Athlete of the Week (Sept. 11-17) is cross country runner Evan Leist. The senior from Beaver, Ohio finished sixth overall as host Cedarville placed fifth in the All-Ohio Championship under the lights at CU's Elvin R. King Cross Country Course on Friday, Sept. 16. Leist toured the 8,000 meter layout in 24:33.9 for his sixth-place finish among 438 participants..
