Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Female Athlete of the Week (Dec. 4-10) is soccer goalkeeper Brooke Ackley. The junior from Worthington, Ohio was named the 2022 NCCAA Women's Soccer Player of the Year and heads up the 11-player All-America First Team. She played all 22 matches this season with 21 starts in leading Cedarville to a 17-4-1 record and No. 1 ranking in the NCCAA. Ackley posted a 0.81 goals against average and six shutouts in being named to the first team for the second year in a row.
