The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Male Athlete of the Week (Jan. 8-14) is basketball player Chris Rogers. The 5-foot-10 graduate student guard from Harrisonburg, Virginia netted a team-high 17 points in the Yellow Jacket Great Midwest Athletic Conference 80-53 victory at Ohio Dominican on Thursday, Jan. 12 in Columbus, Ohio. Rogers added six rebounds and three assists while hitting all six of his free throws and is now a perfect 25-of-25 from the charity stripe in 2022-23.
