The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Female Athlete of the Week (Jan. 22-28) is track & field sprinter Nora Hagan. The sophomore from Sherwood, Oregon blitzed the 60 meter dash in a school record time of 7.62 seconds to win the event at the non-scoring Witternberg Showcase on Saturday, Jan. 28 in Springfield, Ohio. Hagan's effort met the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying standard. She also won the 200 meters in 25.42 seconds to tie for ninth on Cedarville's Top 10 list.
