The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Male Athlete of the Week (Mar. 26-Apr. 1) is track & field distance performer Evan Leist. The senior from Beaver, Ohio won the 5,000 meters at the non-scoring Cincinnati Invitational on Saturday, April 1 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Leist's winning time of 14:34.14 is the sixth-fastest effort in school history.
