The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Female Athlete of the Week (May 21-27) is distance runner Savannah Ackley. The sophomore from Hart, Michigan placed 18th in the 10,000 meters (36:56.69) at the 2023 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Pueblo, Colorado on Thursday, May 25. It was the final competition for the Yellow Jackets in the 2022-23 campaign.
