The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Female Athlete of the Week (Nov. 5-11) is volleyball player Madelyn Hensley. The 6-foot-3 freshman outside hitter from Dover, Delaware led the Lady Jackets to a pair of G-MAC home victories to close out the 2023 regular season. She connected for 12 kills, two blocks, five digs and two service aces in a 3-0 sweep over Lake Erie on Friday, Nov. 10. Hensley followed up with 11 kills and three blocks in a 3-0 sweep against Ursuline on Senior Day. CU finished 15-15 overall and qualified for the eight-team G-MAC Tournament.
