The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Male Athlete of the Week (Jan. 21-27) is track & field distance runner Ramen Felumlee. The senior from Newark, Ohio wiped out the school record in the 3,000 meters at the Wittenberg Showcase in Springfield, Ohio on Saturday, Jan. 27. Felumlee had a runner-up time of 8:08.97 to shave more than six seconds off the previous school record and hit the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying standard. The Yellow Jackets place third overall among the 22 participating schools.
