The first Yellow Jacket Female Athlete of the Week for 2025-26 season is women's volleyball standout Janae Heegaard. The 6-foot-3 senior middle hitter from Sycamore, Ill. hammered 26 kills and was named to the all-tournament team after guiding Cedarville to a 2-1 record at the Wayne State Invitational.
