The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Oct. 24-30) is soccer performer Matt Niemiec. The senior forward from Holland, Michigan capped off the final week of the regular season by assisting on goals in American Mideast Conference matches at Mount Vernon Nazarene and Walsh. Niemiec has registered at least one point in all but two of the 18 contests in 2010. He has tallied 14 goals and eight assists this season.
