The female SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Oct. 31-Nov. 6) is cross country runner Rachel Wong. The junior from Dillsburg, Pennsylvania placed fourth at the American Mideast Conference Championship with a personal-best effort of 17:58 over a soggy 5,000 meter course. The NAIA #18 Lady Jackets finished runner-up in the nine-team event hosted by Houghton College in Houghton, NY on Saturday, Nov. 6.
