Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The final male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (May 22-28) for 2010-11 is track & field throw Sam LeMaster. The sophomore from Jamestown, Ohio, advanced to the final of the shot put at the 60th Annual NAIA Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Championships and finished ninth overall with a personal-best heave of 15.95 meters (52-feet 4-inches). LeMaster holds the honor of the last male Yellow Jacket athlete to compete in an NAIA event. The meet was held at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana.
