Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Nov. 13-19) is soccer performer Steve Ellis. The junior defender from Irwin, Pennsylvania converted the deciding penalty kick as the Yellow Jackets won their second straight NCCAA Midwest Region banner by advancing past Grace College on PK's, 4-2, on Saturday, Nov. 19 at Yellow Jacket Field. Ellis has been a major factor in the middle of the 2011 CU defense including the 0-0 official verdict on Saturday over the Lancers.
