The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Dec. 25-31) is basketball performer Brian Grant. The six-foot-eight sophomore center from Kingston, Jamaica scored 17 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in a 74-66 victory over St. Edward's in the opener of the Texas A & M International New Year's Classic on Friday, Dec. 31. The win snapped a three-game losing streak for the Jackets.
