The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Jan. 8-14) is basketball player Zach Brown. The 6-foot-3 junior point guard from Mason, Ohio poured in a career-high 21 points in an 84-69 Yellow Jacket victory versus Notre Dame (Ohio) on Saturday, Jan. 14 in the Callan Athletic Center. Brown, a transfer from NCAA I Lipscomb University, hit four straight three-pointers to help CU overcome an early first half deficit. He added five assists for the Jackets who were playing their first game at home in two months.
