Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Jan. 11-17) is freshman track & field performer Justin Hoffman. The 6-0 sprinter/hurdler from Chillicothe, OH won the 55 meter hurdles in 7.72 seconds on Friday, January 16 at the Cedarville Invitational held in the Doden Field House. The mark was just .03 shy of the school record and met the NAIA standard to advance to the national meet. Hoffman also won the 200 meter dash with a 23.20 effort. The Yellow Jackets won the eight-team meet with 229 points.
