Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Sept. 2-8) is soccer player Timmy Waller. The junior forward from Ifrane, North Africa tallied two game-winning goals during the week as the Yellow Jackets posted wins over visiting Malone and at Alderson-Broaddus and Ohio Valley. Waller's first goal of the year in the 65th minute gave CU a 2-1 win versus Malone on Tuesday, Sept. 4. He broke free for a goal in the 13th minute as Cedarville shutout Ohio Valley by a 4-0 final on Saturday, Sept. 8. The Yellow Jackets are 5-0 to start the 2012 campaign.
