Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Sept. 16-22) is soccer goalkeeper Ethan Dewhurst. The freshman from Springfield, Ohio registered two more shutouts last week - a 0-0 double OT tie at DII Midwest Region #10 Ohio Dominican on Tuesday, Sept. 18 and a 2-0 win at Seton Hill on Saturday, Sept. 22. Dewhurst made five saves in Columbus versus ODU and was called on to make eight saves against the Griffins in Greensburg, Pa. The Yellow Jackets have recorded five consecutive whitewashes en route to their record-settting 8-0-1 start to the 2012 season.
