Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Oct. 28-Nov. 3) is cross country runner Matt Brooker. The senior from Spring Mills, Pennsylvania won the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Championship on Saturday, Nov. 3 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Brooker covered the 10,000 meters of Wisconsin-Parkside's Wayne E. Dannehl Cross Country Course in 30:35 to win the event by 38 seconds. The Yellow Jackets tied for fourth and advance to the NCAA Division II Championship in Joplin, Mo.
