Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Nov. 4-10) is basketball player Zimmy Nwogbo. The 6-foot-7 senior forward from Lithonia, Georgia began the 2012-13 season in impressive fashion. Nwogbo recorded 23 points and and pulled down a career-high 21 rebounds in a 74-72 double overtime setback to Holy Family on Friday, Nov. 9. He followed up with a career-high 29 points in a 105-92 loss to NCAA II #1 West Liberty on Saturday, Nov. 10. The games were part of the season-opening Don Callan Classic.
