Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (March 17-23) is baseball player David Lenhardt. The sophomore from Batavia, Ohio helped the Yellow Jackets sweep a Great Midwest Athletic Conference doubleheader versus Urbana on Saturday, March 23 at Yellow Jacket Field. Lenhardt was 1-for-3 at the plate with a run scored in the 5-4 verdict of Game 1. In the nightcap, he came to the plate in the sixth with the bases loaded and stroked a two-run single for a 4-3 lead and eventually the win for Cedarville, now 10-5 and 2-1 G-MAC.
