The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Jan. 19-25) is basketball player Kayla Linkous. The 5-foot-10 sophomore forward from New Madison, Ohio erupted for a career-high 25 points as the Lady Jackets pounded Ohio Valley 89-63 on Thursday, Jan. 23 in Vienna, West Virginia. Linkous was 8-for-10 from the field and 9-of-12 at the charity stripe in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference victory.
