The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Feb. 22-28) is baseball player David Convertini. The junior catcher from Buffalo, New York went 5-for-6 in a doubleheader at Clearwater Christian College on Saturday, Feb. 28. In the opener, a 14-3 CU victory, he was 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles, a triple and a run batted in. Convertini was 2-for-3 with a solo home run and two RBI's in the nightcap, a 7-6 nine-inning setback. Cedarville is 3-3 on the season.
