Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Feb. 2-8) is track & field thrower Anna Pomento. The senior thrower from Athens, Ohio broke her own school record in the shot put with a winning heave of 40-6.75 at the Cedarville Collegiate Indoor Invitational on Friday, Feb. 7. Pomento's effort, which was four inches better than her previous school mark, helped lead the Lady Jackets to a dominating team title in CU's Doden Field House.
