Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (January 11-17) is basketball player Patrick Bain. The 6-foot-3 sophomore guard from Tipp City, Ohio exploded for a career-high 33 points in a 77-72 non-conference win over visiting Bluefield State on Thursday, Jan. 14. He finished 5-for-6 from outside the arc and converted 8-of-10 free throws while scoring 21 of the Jacket's 39 points in the second half. Bain contributed five points and two rebounds in CU's hard-fought 68-64 G-MAC win at Ohio Valley on Saturday, Jan. 16.
