The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (April 12-18) is track & field sprinter Sammy Starr. The junior from Wilsonville, Oregon posted a win in the 400 meter dash and was part of two winning relay squads (4x100 and 4x400) at the American Mideast Conference Championships. The Yellow Jackets won the event for the first time since 2001. The meet was held at Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, New York on April 17-18.
