Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The female SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Oct. 12-18) is women’s volleyball player Maija Hampton. She is a 5-6 senior from Cincinnati, OH. Hampton buried 12 kills to lead Cedarville to its eighth consecutive victory with a three-set decision over Houghton in an American Mideast Conference match. She added nine digs and a pair of blocks in the 25-12, 25-19, 25-19 win. The contest was played at Urbana University on October 16.
