Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Oct. 10-16) is soccer defender Sean Reilly. The junior from Winter Springs, Florida helped the Yellow Jackets to a Great Midwest Athletic Conference win and a non-league double-overtime tie last week. The Yellow Jackets battled Salem International to a 1-1 verdict on the home field on Thursday, Oct. 13. CU followed up with a hard-fought 2-0 G-MAC win at Malone on Saturday, Oct. 15 in Canton, Ohio. Reilly and the Jacket defense allowed just six shots with just one on goal in their 15th-consecutive win over the Pioneers.
