The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Nov. 14-20) is volleyball player Gabby Olson. The 6-foot-4 junior middle hitter from Gibsonia, Pennsylvania helped lead the Lady Jacket to the 2016 G-MAC Tournament title to earn the program's first-ever bid to the NCAA Division II Championship. Olson posted seven kills and two blocks in a 3-0 sweep over Malone in the tournament semifinal on Friday, Nov. 18. She produced 19 kills, a .412 attack percentage and 4 blocks in a five-set victory against Davis & Elkins in the championship match on Saturday, Nov. 19 in Mason, Ohio. The transfer from Clarion University was also named the G-MAC Player of the Year at the league banquet on Wednesday, Nov. 16.
