Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The final male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (May 22-28) for 2016-17 and for the second consecutive time is distance runner Daniel Michalski. The junior from Xenia, Ohio captured the national title in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the NCAA II Track & Field Championship on Fri., May 26 in Bradenton, Florida. Michalski crushed his own school record and set a new IMG Academy facility record with a winning time of 8:44.49. Michalski is Cedarville's first NCAA Division II men's track national champion.
