The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Jan. 22-28) is basketball player Regina Hochstetler. The 5-foot-7 junior guard from Berlin, Ohio helped lead CU to victory in two Great Midwest Athletic Conference games. Hochstetler connected for a game-high 21 points and grabbed a career-high eight rebounds in a 71-60 verdict over Lake Erie on Thursday, Jan. 25. She followed up with a game-high 25 points in just 24 minutes of action as the Lady Jackets won their eighth-consecutive game - a 100-67 decision over visiting Ohio Valley on Saturday, Jan. 27.
