The male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Feb. 19-25) is basketball player Joey Morlan. The 6-foot-5 forward from Ft. Wayne, Indiana totaled 43 points in two G-MAC home victories while hitting 14-of-23 from outside the arc for a .609 shooting percentage. Morlan scored 19 points as the Yellow Jackets defeated Davis & Elkins 88-69 on Thursday, Feb. 22. He followed up with a career-high 24 points on eight three-pointers as Cedarville closed out the season with an 87-77 win against Alderson Broaddus on Saturday, Feb. 24.
