Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Sept. 27-Oct. 3) is men's soccer player Joseph Mueller. The junior forward from Medina, Ohio scored on a free kick with 51 seconds left in regulation to complete a late comeback for the Yellow Jackets on Saturday, Oct. 3. Cedarville held on for a 2-2 draw in two overtimes against NAIA #3 Notre Dame OH in the annual Homecoming match at Yellow Jacket Field. Mueller also notched a goal in CU's 3-2 win over visiting NCAA III Wittenberg on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
