The Courtyard Marriott Springfield Female Athlete of the Week (Sept. 2-8) is soccer player Hannah Atkinson. The junior midfielder from Wheaton, Illinois scored her first goal of the season which turned out to be the game-winner in the Lady Jacket 4-0 G-MAC victory over Malone on Saturday, Sept. 8 at the AIA Complex in Xenia, Ohio. Atkinson tallied CU's lone shot on goal at Walsh on Thursday, Sept. 6 in North Canton, Ohio.
