The Courtyard Marriott Springfield Male Athlete of the Week (Feb. 24-Mar. 2) is basketball player Conner TenHove. The 6-foot-7 sophomore forward from Valparaiso, Indiana averaged 21 points in Cedarville's two road games at Davis & Elkins and Alderson Broaddus in West Virginia to end the 2018-19 regular season. TenHove tallied 16 points with six rebounds and three steals in a 96-84 overtime win at D&E on Thursday, Feb. 28. He followed up with a 26-point effort in a setback at AB on Saturday, Mar. 2. TenHove went 8-for-8 from the free throw line in the two contests to push his season mark to 68-of-71 (.958).
