The Courtyard Marriott Springfield Female Athlete of the Week (October 20-26) is cross country runner Alayna Ackley. The sophomore from Hart, Michigan placed sixth overall of 130 participants and the Lady Jackets took third place at the G-MAC Women's Cross Country Championship hosted by Ursuline College on Saturday, Oct. 26. Ackley posted a personal-best time of 21:09.6 for the 6,000 meters and earned a spot on the seven-member All-G-MAC First Team.
