The Courtyard Marriott Springfield Female Athlete of the Week (Nov. 10-16) is cross country runner Alayna Ackley. The sophomore from Hart, Michigan led the Lady Jackets to the NCCAA Women's Cross Country Championship in Point Lookout, Missouri on Saturday, Nov. 16. Ackley took runner-up honors in the 5,000 meter race with a time of 18:30.02 as CU captured their 12th title in the program's history and the third in the last five years.
