Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The Cedarville Female Athlete of the Week (Jan. 31-Feb. 6) is track & field high jumper Lyssi Snouffer. The freshman from Delaware, Ohio made her collegiate debut by winning the high jump at the Tiffin Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 6. She cleared 5-7.75 (1.72 meters) to break Cedarville's school record of 5-6 first set in 1988 and equaled in 1997. Snouffer, also a member of the Lady Jacket volleyball squad, met the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying mark. She is currently tied for the sixth-best mark in the country.
