CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Grant Walker scored 18 points to lead five players in double figures as the NAIA Division II No. 9 Yellow Jackets overwhelmed Tennessee Temple, 102-46.
Cedarville, 12-1 overall and winners of four straight, never trailed in rolling to a 62-27 halftime lead. The Jackets knocked down 9-of-11 three-pointers and finished the period with a 32-7 run.
A 27-6 start to the second half made it a rout. The lead reached 50 points with 12:30 left and the spread grew to as much as 58 late in the contest.
Grant Walker added a team-high five assists to his effort while Christopher Walker finished with a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds. Ricardo Alliman netted 14 points, Matt Harner nailed four three-pointers in the first half and finished with 12 points, and Brandon Sok came off the bench to add 11. [STATS]
