ZANESVILLE, Ohio - The Yellow Jackets finished in 4th place out of 15 teams at the Muskingum Invitational.

Cedarville had rounds of 294 and 307 for a 36-hole total of 601 at the par-70 Eaglesticks Golf Club. NAIA No. 4 Malone won the tournament (278-286-564). The Pioneers were followed by Otterbein (288-280-568) and Mount Union (302-288-590).

The tournament was played in temperatures that rarely got above 40 degrees with wind chills in the 20's during the final round.

Brigham Michaud tied for 8th place with a six-over par total of 146 (69-77). Matt Yeiter tied for 16th (71-78-149).

Chris Bennington tied for 21st (79-72-151). John Stonkus tied for 37th (75-80-155) and Trayton Ojala tied for 53rd (80-80-160).

No. 2 golfer Ben Mounts sat out his second straight tournament with an injury.
