MOBILE, Ala. - Indiana Wesleyan and Dallas Baptist took turns shutting down Cedarville in the first two matches of pool play in the NCCAA National Tournament at the Copeland-Cox Tennis Center.
Both matches began with doubles and were played to the point of decision. IWU, 23-2 overall, swept the doubles and then claimed points in singles at No. 1 and No. 2.
Dallas Baptist, 18-5, lost just two points total in doubles. The Patriots added points at No. 1, No. 3, and No. 6 singles.
The Lady Jackets dip to 13-14. They wrap up pool play on Wednesday against Emmanuel.
