WESTERVILLE, Ohio - The Yellow Jackets came up short in its regular season finale by dropping a 6-3 non-conference decision at Otterbein.

Cedarville ends the campaign with an 11-13 record.

The host Cardinals took a 2-1 lead after doubles. CU's #2 tandem of Quinton Paul and Jared Gerber needed to win a tiebreaker, 7-2, to claim their match, 9-8.

Gerber was a straight-set winner at #5 singles, 6-1, 6-2. Adam Levesque had to endure a pair of tiebreakers in the #4 spot and pulled out a 7-6, 6-7, 10-7 result.

Otterbein improves to 12-5.
