UPLAND, Ind. - Taylor built an early lead and went on to defeat the Lady Jackets, 5-4, in a non-conference women's match played at Meier Tennis Courts.
The two sides opened with singles play and the bottom third of the lineup earned the points for Cedarville, 1-2 overall.
Meghan Gallogly needed three sets to win at the #5 spot while #6
Laura Bowen cruised in straight sets.
The Jackets picked up two points in doubles by identical 8-3 scores. The winners were #2 Gallogly and
Halie Hardwick as well as #3
Olivia Ancil and
Cylie Aronsohn.
