ELKINS, W.Va. -
Alli Roh totaled a career-high 20 points with 11 rebounds as Cedarville escaped Davis & Elkins with a 55-51 G-MAC women's basketball result.
The Lady Jackets captured their fifth consecutive victory in running their record to 21-6 overall and 17-4 G-MAC.
They enter Saturday's final day of the regular season in a three-way tie atop the G-MAC standings with Kentucky Wesleyan and Walsh.
Cedarville needed some key plays in the final two minutes to avoid the upset by the host Senators, who erased a 13-point second half deficit.
After D&E had rallied to forge a 51-51 deadlock,
Abby Wolford's basket with 1:13 remaining broke the tie.
Ashlyn Huffman stole the ball on the home team's ensuing possession and converted two free throws with 18 seconds left to ice it.
Huffman finished with 12 points, five assists, and two steals.
